I just sent this mssg to Michael Moore after watching his latest documentary film which is called "Sicko" and which covers numerous abuses and injustices inherent in the health care system- see http://www.michaelmoore.com/ 

As you can see I'm encouraging him to consider exploring the possibility of creating a sequel to the film which would examine the suppression of alternative medicine and the suppression of dietary supplements as this information was not included in Sicko. Some of you may wish to send your own email to Michael in which you could approach this issue from your own perspective. He might be more likely to pay attention if he hears from a lot of us.

I and some others attempted to have input into Sicko while he was making it, but we weren't successful even though we had the ear of someone who worked for him. I'm still not entirely sure why he ignored our attempt to provide this input in the past, but it could be that he just lacks some basic awareness. I myself lacked this basic awareness at one time in my life and my eyes weren't open until I had my own personal healing experience which I tell Michael about in the email below. 

On another note, we had a conversation recently with the Legislative Director of a member of Congress who were hoping will introduce an amendment to HR 2900 which is the House companion bill to S.1082 and we're fairly sure this Congressman will sponsor an amendment that we need, but we won't know til July 11th or so after he returns from July 4th vacation. As soon as I know more about this I'll let you all know. If we can get this person to sponsor an amendment, I'm anticipating making a trip back to DC before August recess, and I'll keep you posted on this. Also, a bill is going to be introduced soon to counter the FDA's Good Manufacturing Practice regulations which threaten to drive a lot of very small and small vitamin companies under and also raise prices to consumers. Michael-

Your film "Sicko" was a monumental undertaking, and it was great, as far as it went, but there is a whole side of things you didn't cover at all: the suppression of alternative medicine and the pharmaceutical attack on the dietary supplement industry. I realize including this information might have not been possible in Sicko due to time constraints, but I hope you'll consider making an additional film which delves into this whole additional side to the health care equation. As a person who recovered from schizophrenia nearly 30 years ago via a suppressed alternative treatment (orthomolecular medicine) after mainstream psychiatry almost killed me,  I think it would be great if you made an additional film to address this side of things.

As natural substances, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, trace elements and hormones can't be patented. The pharmaceutical industry suppresses their use because they compete in the marketplace with their patented Rx drugs. The pharmaceutical industry has a business with disease, its not in their best interests that people actually heal at the cellular level which is possible to do via vitamins, so they use the FDA like a trade association, which they control, to attack the dietary supplement industry.

I was forced to hide the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, trace elements, and hormones in a cavity gouged out from the underside of my foam mattress and take the vitamins secretly while mouthing the toxic medication they tried to force me to take which I spat down the toilet while only taking the vitamins. After 3 weeks I was doing so much better that they gave me a full medical discharge while scratching their heads wondering which of their drugs had been helping me. None were. During the 4 years I spent locked up after being driven out of college by these imbalances, the mainstream psychiatrists almost killed me.

Due to Corsi's article on April 4th, IAHF had  the largest single day surge of signings (430) on our petition calling for Congressional oversight on FDA's Trilateral Cooperation Charter.

The very next day (April 5th) only 75 people signed our petition. What curtailed the flow of people to our petition? 

On April 5th, the (so called) Natural Solutions Foundation generated a spin piece intended to scare the hell out of the vitamin consuming public and to con huge numbers of people to go into a frenzy of forwarding their (phony) alert about an FDA Guidance Document. Here is the spin NSF puts on their website which was so successful in distracting people from the REAL threat of the FDA Trilateral Cooperation Charter, by focusing peoples attention on a non existent threat:

NSF's purpose, and timing on this NONSENSE appears to have been to DISTRACT people from the VERY REAL threat of the FDA's Trilateral Cooperation Charter wherein the FDA is illegally harmonizing our food and drug regulations with Canada and Mexico, and under which FDA has adopted the overly broad Canadian definition of "Health Fraud" (where even WATER becomes a "Drug"), and under which the FDA has already engaged in at least 730 compliance actions against dietary supplement manufacturers manufacturing weight loss products (as if a North American Union were already in existence despite the complete absence of any implementing legislation that would make their actions legal.)

Thus, NSF appears to be attempting to DELIBERATELY DISTRACT dietary supplement consumers from a REAL threat, by trying to distract us using the most scurrulous form of SPIN in an effort to try to DEPICT an ordinary FDA Guidance Document as a presumed "Threat" when it in FACT is NOT!!

WHY WOULD NSF DO THIS???

If you were among the world's ruling elite, and you wanted to impose a North American Union on the American people by deconstructing our country, you would want to try to NEUTRALIZE any person or group that was making the connection between the Codex vitamin issue and regional harmonization because you would be afraid that such a person or group MIGHT SUCCEED in arousing the SLEEPING GIANT- the Millions of Americans who generated the largest flood of letters to congress in this HISTORY of Congress on ANY issue during the campaign to pass the Dietary Supplement Health & Education Act of 1994 (DSHEA), to get them to pressure congress to STOP the North American Union!

You would be afraid that such a person or group MIGHT be able to overcome the spin coming from the pharma dominated vitamin trade associations on the Codex issue http://www.nocodexgenocide.com/page/page/3112930.htm  so as to get them calling the Oversight & Investigations Subcommittee in large enough numbers that they'd HAVE to hold oversight hearings on not only the FDA's Trilateral Cooperation Charter, but ALSO on the North American Union itself!

You would therefor want to have an INSURANCE POLICY in place in the form of a controlled opposition group. The PURPOSE of such a group would be to attempt to APPEAR as the most knowledgable organization on the Codex issue- ie- "the group to follow", but the group would slickly generate a constant stream of spin, and disinformation in order to try to STEER the grass roots into a combination of DEAD ENDS and DISTRACTIONS so as to HIJACK the health freedom movement- to KEEP the movement from successfully defending America's sovereignty knowing that Codex is being ushered in via Regional Harmonization.

Can you think of a better couple to perpetuate this disinformation than a retired Army Major General, the Director of Army Intelligence whose reports went directly to the CIA and to the White House and his psychiatrist wife? These people have been very highly trained in the use of such manipulation techniques as the Delphi Technique, the Semantic Differential, and many others. As a specialist in the area of Military Intelligence, Stubblebine was professionally trained in the art of deception.

Ever since NSF has entered our movement, they've been generating spin against the message of IAHF and Allied groups. When CAFTA was moving through Congress we recognized that it would rope us more into Codex due to the SPS (Sanitary Phytosanitary Measures) language it contains which is found identically in NAFTA, WTO, and CODEX. We recognized that CAFTA would result in an expansion of the disastrous policies of NAFTA to further undermine our National Sovereignty so IAHF and Allied Groups launched a campaign to try to kill it.

We were COUNTERED however by no less than SEVEN spin pieces from Rima Laibow of NSF which claimed that CAFTA had "no connection" to Codex, and they claimed that an in fact NON EXISTENT "Miracle" had occurred at a Codex meeting they'd just attended (allegedly due to their actions.)

This spin appears to have been concocted in order to generate COGNITIVE DISSONANCE so that people would hear OUR message, then THEIR conflicting message, and in the CONFUSION, they'd then sit on their HANDS and not call Congress in opposition to CAFTA. It sure seems that way to me. Since the latest "Rima Eruption" numerous misguided people and publications including Mike Adams of News Target, Jeff Rense, the Price Pottenger Foundation, Jenny Thompson of Health Sciences Institute, Joyce Riley of the Power Hour Radio Show, and Ed Griffin of Freedom Force International made the mistake of FORWARDING her spin, wholly without grasping what is going on.

Suddenly, this "Chicken Little" scenario started taking on a LIFE OF ITS OWN in cyberspace. The "Blogosphere" was buzzing with the phony "News", and the number of signatures on the Petition calling for Congressional Oversight on the Trilateral Coopertion Charter fell off- never again have we had another day like April 4th when the World Net Daily article appeared on the web because our GENUINE news had been pushed aside by this carefully conducted SPIN campaign.

NATURAL SOLUTIONS FOUNDATION's DISINFORMATION SHOULD BE IGNORED & NOT FORWARDED- HERE IS WHY!!

A few people on the IAHF list have forwarded an alert to us that originated from a controlled opposition group called the "Natural Solutions Foundation". Since entering our movement, this dubious organization has been actively interfering with the work of IAHF and allied organizations via a campaign of disinformation and spin intended to distract dietary supplement consumers from the REAL issues in an attempt to subvert and hijack our movement by steering the grass roots into dead ends. Their gameplan is thoroughly exposed here:

Their recent campaign calls attention to an FDA Federal Register Notice (http://www.fda.gov/OHRMS/DOCKETS/98fr/E7-3259.htm) which they outrageously assert threatens to block non MDs from recommending dietary supplements to patients is no exception.

They would have us believe that unless we flood the FDA with their form comment, that the FDA is going to suddenly start attacking any non MD (chiropractor, ND, etc) who recommends dietary supplements to a patient.

NSFs assertions are both false and absurd. They would have us believe that FDA has the ability to rewrite the law. FDA can't do that, only Congress can. They would have us believe that through a Federal Register notice, FDA has the ability to make changes to the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 under which dietary supplements are regulated as foods. They would have us believe that based on what FDA is saying, that unless FDA hears from a lot of people, non MDs (naturopaths, chiropractors) will suddenly not be allowed to recommend dietary supplements to patients and that health food stores would no longer be allowed to sell them to us. That is both false and absurd! This is the worst form of sensationalism and it has NO PLACE in this movement!

WHAT NSF IS TRYING TO DISTRACT YOU FROM 

It should be self evident that unless we are able to stop our country from being forced into the North American Union, that failure to defend our sovereignty equals failure to defend the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act and all of our other laws as well as our Constitution.

Laibow/Stubblebine aren't doing a damn thing to call attention to this, moreover, when our movement attempted to kill CAFTA, (recognizing that the SPS language it contains ropes us more into CODEX) Laibow/Stubblebine generated no less than SEVEN spin pieces against our message while SIMULTANEOUSLY telling people that they'd just achieved a (non existent) "VICTORY" at Codex.

This whole thing called LIFE is a TEST. Its a TEST to see how we react to stuff. Do we think only of ourselves, and try to amass as much gold and power as possible? When I ponder current unfolding events, I think about the example set by such people as Martin Niemoller, and I ask myself if I have it in me to do what he did? Niemoller commanded a U-Boat for the German Navy during WW1, and he was a decorated war hero. He was a Lutheran Pastor, and initially, before he realized what was going on, he supported Hitler because as a Patriotic German, at first he thought that was the right thing to do. But when he saw who Hitler REALLY was, he turned against him with every fiber of his being and started railing against the Nazis from the pulpit. Friends- I'll never forget the 5 year long battle to pass the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994. Dykstra, Deputy Associate Commissioner of Regulatory Affairs for FDA published an infamous Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking which clearly indicated that the FDA intended to use the Nutrition Labelling and Education Act of 1990 to repeal the Proxmire Vitamin Act of 1976- to ban consumer access to high potency vitamins and minerals, to ban amino acids as "unsafe food additives", and to attack herbal products as "unapproved drugs".

Mel Gibson and many other celebrities joined forces with the American people to read the RIOT ACT to Congress, and it needs to happen AGAIN!

Since the Idaho House had already adopted HJM005 by voice vote on March 12, today’s Senate vote means that Idaho is the first state to pass an anti-NAU/SPP resolution in both houses.

11    representing  a  trilateral  agreement  between  Canada, Mexico and the United
12    States designed, among other things, to facilitate common  regulatory  schemes

14        WHEREAS,  reports issued by the SPP indicate that it has implemented regu-
15    latory changes among the three countries that circumvent United States  trade,
16    transportation, homeland security and border security functions and that it is
17    the  intention of SPP to continue toward a North American Union in the future;
18    and
19        WHEREAS, the actions taken by the SPP to  coordinate  border  security  by
20    eliminating  obstacles to migration between Mexico and the United States actu-
21    ally makes the United States-Mexico border less secure and more vulnerable  to
22    possible  terrorist  activities,  and  Mexico is the primary source country of
23    illegal immigrants, illegal drug entry and illegal human  smuggling  into  the
24    United States; and
25        WHEREAS,  according  to the U.S. Department of Commerce, the United States
26    trade deficits with Mexico and Canada have significantly increased  since  the
27    implementation  of  the  North  American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the
28    volume of imports from Mexico  has  soared  since  NAFTA,  straining  security
29    checks at the U.S. border; and
30        WHEREAS,  the  economic  and  physical  security  of  the United States is
31    impaired by the potential loss of control of its borders attendant to the full
32    operation of NAFTA and the SPP; and
33        WHEREAS, the regulatory and border security changes implemented  and  pro-
34    posed by the SPP violate and threaten United States sovereignty; and
35        WHEREAS,  the  NAFTA  Superhighway  System  from  the west coast of Mexico
36    through the United States and into Canada has been  suggested  as  part  of  a
37    North American Union to facilitate trade between the SPP countries; and
38        WHEREAS,  the stability and economic viability of the U.S. ports along the
39    western coast will be seriously  compromised  by  huge  cargos  off-loaded  at
40    cheaper  labor cost from foreign traders into the ports of Mazatlan and Lazaro
41    Cardenas; and
42        WHEREAS, the state of Texas has already approved and begun planning of the
43    Trans-Texas Corridor, a major multi-modal transportation project beginning  at
44    the  United  States-Mexico  border, which would serve as an initial section of

  1    the NAFTA Superhighway System; and
  2        WHEREAS, plans of Asian trading powers to divert  cargo  from  U.S.  ports
  3    such  as  Los  Angeles  to  ports  in  Mexico will only put pressure on border
  4    inspectors, interfering with their already overwhelming  job  of  intercepting
  5    the flow of drugs and illegals flowing into this country; and
  6        WHEREAS,  future  unrestricted foreign trucking into the United States can
  7    pose a safety hazard due to inadequate maintenance  and  inspection,  and  the
  8    Transportation  Security  Administration's (TSA) lack of background checks for
  9    violations in Mexico, lack of drug and alcohol testing, lack of enforcement of
10    size and weight requirements and lack of national security  procedures,  which
11    threaten  the  American  people  and  undermine  the  very charge given to our
12    homeland security agency to defend our borders against these threats; and
13        WHEREAS, the Eisenhower National  Highway  System  was  designed  for  the
14    national  security of the United States for movement of the military, purposes
15    of commerce from state to state, not from foreign countries, and this  highway
16    system  should  not  be compromised by treaties or agreements with other coun-
17    tries that would supplant the control and management of our nation's  highways
18    by our U.S. Department of Transportation and the various states; and
19        WHEREAS, we strongly object to any treaty or agreement, which threatens to
20    violate national security, private property, United States commerce, constitu-
21    tional  rights  and  American  sovereignty and emphasize our commitment to the
22    Pacific Northwest  Economic  Region  (PNWER)  and  other  cooperative  working
23    nations in mutual beneficial goals; and
24        WHEREAS, this trilateral partnership to develop a North American Union has
25    never been presented to Congress as an agreement or treaty, and has had virtu-
26    ally no congressional oversight; and
27        WHEREAS,  recent  reports  on  internet  news,  Friday,  January 26, 2007,
28    WorldNetDaily, stating that Congressman Poe (R-Texas)  asked  about  the  U.S.
29    Department of Transportation's work with the trade group North American Super-
30    Corridor  Coalition,  Inc.  (NASCO)  and  the  department's plans to build the
31    Trans-Texas Corridor, Congressman Poe was told that the NAFTA agreement super-
32    highway corridor plans exist to move goods  from  Mexico  through  the  United
33    States to Canada; and
34        WHEREAS,  American citizens and state and local governments throughout the
35    United States would be negatively impacted by the SPP process.
36        NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the members of the First Regular Session
37    of the Fifty-ninth Idaho Legislature, the House  of  Representatives  and  the
38    Senate concurring therein, that we emphatically urge and petition the Congress
39    of  the United States and particularly the congressional delegation represent-
40    ing the state of Idaho to use all efforts, energies and diligence to  withdraw
41    the  United States from any further participation in the Security and Prosper-

The European Union is the model that the world ruling elite are attempting to foist off on the world (including here in N.America). People living in EU nations have been totally disenfranchised and the EU is in fact a dictatorship. The unelected European Commission actually makes the laws, which are then rubber stamped by the infinitely corrupt EU Parliament (which only serves as window dressing to give an outward appearance of "democracy" and "honesty." I've been examining the EU in the context of the highly draconian EU Food Supplement Directive, a pharma driven measure intended to ban consumer access to vitamins and minerals within the therapeutic range, and to block access to other safe dietary supplements. It seems the ruling elite don't wish us to have strong immune systems or to have access to cognitive enhancing dietary supplements- might help a lot of people see through their evil control agenda. The Mexico-US-Canada Health Fraud Working Group ("MUCH") (24) has already taken more than 700 compliance actions against supposedly "fraudulent" weight loss products as if a North American Union already existed.  This Pharma motivated attack on the natural products industry merely illustrates that the FDA and their international counterparts serve as trade associations for  Big Pharma.
